As a first step, we ask you to provide us with all relevant information through the following questionnaire. We will then process this data in our database and make it available to healthcare organizations in Germany.
These organizations will contact you shortly to discuss the start of your first caregiving assignment or to arrange any necessary training. Existing qualifications can help you get started more quickly, but they are not mandatory to begin a career as a caregiver.
It is important to us that you can prepare for your new and highly valuable role without distractions. Therefore, everything will be organized for you by our service partners—from the initial contact and travel arrangements to your arrival and a smooth start at your new workplace. You will be guided and supported every step of the way.

1. Tell us your needs
Home care works particularly well when the right people are brought together.This includes professional skills, but also the needs that people have. From training to employment contracts to care placements, everything is organized and costs you nothing. You bring your heart for people, which is more important to us.
2. Get verified matches
After just a few days, we usually find suitable employers, whom we then introduce to you.
3. Meet & choose
During the getting-to-know-you phase, all the important points are discussed. Your needs, the necessary training, the organization of the journey there and back, and so on. Bring up everything you want to clarify, then we can plan it
4. Agree on a start date
Once the preparations are complete, we will work with you to set your start date, and then you can get started.
