Who we are!

Good Souls is a digital sourcing and matching platform for care staff from Europe. Through our enhanced selection process, care providers can find carers more quickly who are professionally suited to the assignment and personally compatible with the person receiving care.

Members of our partner network gain direct access to additional care staff and can include not only qualifications, availability and experience, but also personal interests and social strengths in their selection process.

The Social Analysis – our social matching approach within the care relationship – helps our partners establish stable care relationships from the outset through a more targeted selection process.

Good Souls is an extension of your existing systems and supports you in the background by broadening your candidate selection, visibly differentiating your advisory process and reducing the effort caused by unsuitable initial placements and premature changes of carer. Good Souls never contacts your customers directly. In every situation, you remain the point of contact for families.

In addition, families newly seeking care can use our platform to select a preferred carer and commission the local assignment through any member of our partner network. This gives our partners additional assignments as a complete care package. Here too, Good Souls remains in the background and our partners act as the point of contact.

Expanded access to candidates

Care providers gain access to additional care staff from European countries of origin.

Faster pre-selection

Structured profiles make it easier to select candidates based on qualifications, experience, language skills, availability and personal characteristics.

Differentiated customer advice

The intermediary can offer the family an interpersonal dimension of advice that goes beyond the level of care required and the practical requirements of the assignment.

Active customer involvement

Using transparent digital profiles, the family can take part in the selection process themselves and feel more confident in their personal choice.

A more human market position

The care intermediary can visibly differentiate its offering in a value-adding way from interchangeable price- and availability-based models in the market.

Caregiver supporting a resident

Potentially fewer unsuitable placements

Greater personal compatibility and the family’s involvement in the selection process are intended to increase the likelihood that the carer and family will feel comfortable with one another in everyday life.

Protection of your own customer relationships

You remain the family’s visible point of contact. Good Souls acts in the background as a staffing, platform and matching partner.

Additional care assignments

The range of care staff is also accessible to families requiring care. Suitable carers can be selected and the assignment commissioned through the partner network. This provides our business partners with additional assignments.

Low financial risk when getting started

Our business model is partnership-oriented. You pay no placement fees upfront, and as partners we also share the financial risk of a change of carer. Our business model is designed to create shared, sustainable success for everyone involved.

We continuously work on technological developments

Despite all efforts, staff shortages will remain an issue in the future as demand continues to grow. That is why we are working intensively on innovative models that enable care staff to be qualified more quickly and to a higher standard, while improving the quality of care. Members of our partner network automatically benefit from these developments.

Remuneration model

Our financial partnership!

As a placement platform, we occupy a valuable and distinctive position in the market.

Our philosophy is not about making “quick money”. Through a shared bonus model, we ensure that we only benefit from our business model once our partners have successfully established the care arrangement.

Our aim is to reduce costs through a collaborative overall approach and to share potential risks as a team. We are in the same boat as our business partners. We are not interested in quick commissions or payments that are unrelated to success. With us, you do not take on any financial risk. We benefit from our service only to the extent that you benefit from the person we place.

A note for new partnerships

How our philosophy is applied always also depends on our partners’ business models. We are happy to incorporate your ideas into our joint solution. Just speak to us about it.

Frequent questions & objections

FAQs: What partners often want to know!

Transparent answers to typical questions and reservations about integration, client protection, and partnership cooperation.

Objection 1: “We already have foreign service partners.”

Good Souls is not intended to replace existing supplier partners, but to complement your current sourcing structure, reduce the risk of shortages and make additional candidates visible. You decide which profiles you use.

Objection 2: “We have our own applicant database.”

Our added value does not lie in providing yet another database, but in offering supplementary access to candidates and structured social matching for the care relationship.

Objection 3: “For our customers, price, language and experience matter more than compatibility.”

These criteria remain essential and take priority. The Social Analysis does not replace them. It complements the pre-selection process with factors that matter in everyday care.

Objection 4: “We do not want to lose our customers to a platform.”

Good Souls is not a recruitment agency for end customers; it expands its partners’ portfolio. For long-term partnerships, a white-label solution can also be arranged. We have clear and binding rules governing customer protection, data access, communication, contractual relationships, replacement placements and follow-on assignments.

Objection 5: “The family wants a carer quickly, not a lengthy questionnaire.”

The Social Analysis is intuitive to use and, depending on how it is used, takes anywhere from a few seconds to a maximum of three minutes. Users decide how much detail they give.

Objection 6: “Has the effectiveness of the Social Analysis been scientifically proven?”

There is strong scientific evidence for the importance of social integration, shared activities and cognitive stimulation for wellbeing and health in later life. The specific development of the Good Souls matching process is based on scientific publications of this kind and is currently being measured in operation.

Objection 7: “How is the legality of employment ensured?”

In cases where separate work or residence permits are required, these are already applied for by our partners in the source markets. We only place staff whose employment is legally secure.
